We had a great 3-night stay with really friendly staff and a fantastic location within a 10-15 minute walk from a satellite gallery.

Helpful host provided map and highlighted attractions. Central to all activities and gave a sense of Venice living. Canal outside window added to the Venetian experience. Apartment had all necessary amenities.

it was brilliant to academia bridge in the other. staff was amicable and provided us with central heating, a safe and multi-channel television.

convenient location close enough to transport, and the room was clean. everything was fine and i got ironing for free. a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating were handy.

I had a fantastic stay at Nice Venice Apartments In San Marco. The apartment was modern and unique, located in a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city. The host, Alvise, was incredibly helpful and provided lots of valuable information about the city and transportation. The location was excellent, close to great restaurants, shops, and even a supermarket. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great location near waterbus stop, easy walk to St Marks Square and Academia bridge. Smooth transfer from Treviso. Alvise, the host, was welcoming and took us out to a tapas bar. He also arranged a free water taxi to Murano. Spacious apartment with canal view and washing machine. Plenty of information provided by Elvis.

The apartment had charming wooden beams and a lovely canal view. The free wifi was a plus. it was like living in a postcard.

Who needs shelving or drawers for clothes when you can just have plenty of hanging space? So convenient!

The A/C was a lifesaver in the hot weather. We loved the window overlooking the canal, it provided great amusement. our stay was mind-blowing and I can't recommend it enough!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location was a real bonus, just a few steps from the nearest waterbus stop and within easy walking distance to St. Mark's Square and the Academia bridge. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the washer was a great convenience after traveling for over a week. The host provided a lot of useful information and was non-intrusive during my stay. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and oven.

I got great value for my money at Nice Venice Apartments. The room was cozy and had a modern kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The staff, especially the owner, was friendly and charming, making our check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options to choose from.
